39 Hightree Ct in Danville closed for $860,000. The tricky part of this transaction was the buyer decided to re-negotiate the price after the bank had already given an approval. After spending about 2 days on the phone we found a Senior Vice President who was able to make a decision & get this deal approved! Congrats to the new buyer… they got a great deal!!!
